Abstract
Como contribución al estudio de la estructura de las maderas cubanas que son base de trabajo en diferentes ramas de la ciencia, la técnicas y el arte, se describen en el presente trabajo las características anatómicas de ocho especies forestales Spondias mombin L., Bursera simaruba (L.) Sang, Cassine xylocarpa Vent var. attenuata (A. Rich) Kuntze, Cinnamomum elongatum (Ness) Kosterm, Ocotea cuneata (Griseb) Urb, Zanthoxylum martinicense (Lam) D.C. Vitex divaricata Sw. y Zanthoxylum elephantiasis Macfd.
