Abstract
In this work it is carried out a phytochemical study of Eucalyptus ssp. making a solid-liquid extraction to the species foliage in order to obtain the alcoholic extract ans study the influence of the essencial oils previous extracting process, in front of bioactive substances. It is determined by phytochemical screening the presence of secondary metabolites. It is also studied the pH influence and determined the physical-chemical properties: total solids, relative density and refraction index. Using technical chromatographic technique (paper and thin plate) and UV-visible Spectroscopy was determined the presence of Vitamin E and D2 in a qualitative way and the quantity of ß-carotene.
